Kennel Doors should be approximately 2 inches larger than the original hole size.

• Installation can be with hinges either on the left or right hand side of the opening

Steps for installation are as simple as:

1. Position the door to cover the opening.

2. Mark the location of the screw holes.

3. Using the 6 included screws attach the door snuggly but do not tighten. Nails are not recommended.

4. After all screws are placed in the already drilled holes, adjust the final position of the door and tighten the screws.

Your door is now ready for many years of trouble free use.

Carefully follow these steps training your dog:

1.  Prop the door open just far enough that your dog can squeeze through to get in and out of the door

2. After one week decrease the size of the opening by about 1 inch so that your dog has to push on the door some to get in and out.

3. The second week decrease the opening size by yet another inch

4.  The third week decrease the opening size again

5.  By the 4th week your dog should be using the door entirely on their own

(some dogs may require additional training, weekly intervals are recommended)
